Long-distance relationships are indeed hard when you can’t see each other in person. I’m in a long-distance relationship myself, and we’re only surviving because we’ve been getting to see each other every five months or so, and our timeline to be together full time is between 1 to 1 and a half years only. It seems a lot to some, but I say “only” because there are other relationships, like yours, that have a much longer timeline.
I feel for you, Joshua. Even though it seems like it was the right decision for the two of you, there’s still pain.
