As someone with a few trust issues myself, I can tell you it’s not easy. I believe the first step is detaching your value as a person from the attention of men or a relationship. If you haven’t found someone who sees the value in you, it doesn’t mean you don’t have any value. It’s not your personal failure that they can’t cherish you and love you properly.
And then, there’s therapy. I don’t know if you have tried it, but finding a therapist you trust and really working with them can do wonders in every aspect of your life.
